Hour banks are sold in blocks of 4 hours. Once the bank of hours has been reserved, you will have access to a Yapla specialist who will take charge of your needs and involve the appropriate experts according to the nature of the project. Depending on the complexity of the project and the size of the hour bank, we can work out a schedule with you at the launch meeting.
In order to hold productive meetings, we recommend that you prepare your priority topics in advance. In preparation for the meeting, our specialist will contact you to discuss your needs and prepare for the first meeting.
Once the bank of hours has been purchased, your assigned specialist will contact you to arrange a training date.
There is no limit to the number of participants. We recommend that you limit the number of participants to what is necessary to ensure that the meetings run smoothly.
Meetings are currently held by videoconference.
